The budget
Okay the budget is ridiculous. But I need to believe that Bush is pulling a Reagen and sending a ridiculous budget to the House because he knows they are not going to let him cut all the crap he wants to cut
otherwise
Between the complete elimination of the federal perkins loan program
and the cutting of school vocational programs
our nations Children of Color should just be taught how to pick cotton cause it seems that that is what this President wants us to be doing
